About me

Hailing from California's Bay Area, Elba is a Mexican-American concept
artist with a mind constantly seeking growth and self-improvement.
Though she began her college adventure after the typically expected age, she
worked eagerly towards her AA in studio art, and graduated with her BFA at
the age of thirty-five.

Passionate about wildlife and fantasy worlds, Elba has always had an eye for
creating works that revolved around nature and the animals that filled its
diverse and varying habitats. She has experimented with numerous styles and
mediums in her search to express the vivid details from the worlds of her
dreams, and while choosing to work mainly with digital art, she continues to
hone her craft and broaden her artistic concepts and horizons.

She loves her pets, consisting of 2 dogs and 1 cockatiel !

Hoping she can use her concept art skill to work at a large animation company,
she is slowly building her portfolio during her years at Rocky Mountain
College of Art and Design.
